Vegetable Dip(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. dry salad dressing (your choice)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Yields approximately 1 1/2 cups.
    One tablespoon equals 75 calories or 1 1/2 fat exchanges.
