Houlahan'S Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mess of fresh spinach
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled (reserve bacon drippings)
    fresh mushrooms
    6 to 8 Tbsp. red wine
    vinegar
    sugar
    croutons
Preparation
    Wash and drain spinach.
    Tear into small pieces.
    Cover with chopped or sliced mushrooms.
    Sprinkle bacon over spinach.
    Mix bacon drippings with vinegar and sugar.
    Pour over top of spinach mixture.
    Top with croutons.
