Italian Beer Batter Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. beer (flat)
1 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten egg yolks
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 tsp. olive oil
1 head cauliflower, broken
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 head broccoli, broken
1 pkg. small mushrooms
Preparation

Let beer stand at room temperature until flat (45 minutes). Mix dry ingredients.
Add yolks, oil and beer.
Beat until smooth. Add egg whites (fold in).
Dip veggies in batter.
Cook in hot oil (375\u00b0) until golden brown.
Drain and serve warm.
