Ham And Creamy Potato Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes, partially cooked
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. cooked ham
    14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. process cheese spread
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cool and peel potatoes; slice into 1/4-inch thick slices. Spread in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
