Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

1 lb. stew beef
1 qt. water
1 large can V-8 juice
2 cans potatoes, drained and cut up
2 cans drained mixed vegetables
Preparation

Simmer beef in crock-pot on high 1 hour.
Add V-8 juice and cook 6 hours.
Add potatoes and vegetables to heat through.
