Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    15 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
    1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and roll into balls.
    Heat the currant jelly and the chili sauce over low heat until well mixed. Pour over the meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
