Cherry Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
    powdered sugar glaze or whipped topping
Preparation
    Grease and flour 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Combine oleo and sugar; cream together. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in flour gradually. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into pan.
    Score into 24 sections. Spoon 2 to 3 cherries into each section. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove. Drizzle with glaze or serve with topping.
