Aunt E'S Sweet Potato Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 8 oz.) can and 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can Trappey's yams in heavy syrup
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    small can evaporated milk (3/4 c.)
    1 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Cook yams 6 minutes on High in 1/2 syrup in microwave.
    Drain. Whip potatoes and butter until fluffy.
    Add remaining ingredients and continue whipping until fluffy again.
    Put in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
