Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute rice
16 pieces chicken (raw; 1 layer drumsticks and thighs)
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 c. water
Preparation

Spread rice in oblong (9 x 13-inch) Pyrex dish.
Place chicken on top of rice.
In another pan, heat soups; pour over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and rice.
