Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Add seasonings, butter\tand
    milk
    to well mashed potatoes. When thoroughly blended, stir in beaten egg yolks, then fold in beaten egg\twhites,
    turn
    into a dish, cover top with marshmallows and bake at 400\u00b0 until marshmallows are brown.
