1 lb. ground chuck or round
4 small potatoes, sliced
4 carrots, cut
4 onions, sliced
1 large bell pepper, sliced
salt
pepper
bacon slices
Preparation

Make meat into 4 equal patties.
Place patties on sheet of foil.
Place vegetables on top, then strip of bacon.
Seal foil. Cook for 45 minutes on grill or in the oven.
