Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (make your own by adding 1 Tbsp. vinegar to milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 Tbsp. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (I never add this)
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients and mix, then stir in grated zucchini.
Pour into greased cake pan, 9 x 13-inch, and top with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0, depending on your oven, for 25 to 30 minutes.
