Sweet Potato Dinner Rolls(Makes 32 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packs yeast (RapidRise)
    1 1/2 c. warm water (110~)
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white flour
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    2 large eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
Preparation
    Combine yeast and water in blender.
    Process for 30 seconds and let set for 5 minutes.
    In a large bowl, sift flours together.
    To yeast in blender, add sugar, salt, margarine, eggs and 1 cup of the flour mix.
    Process until smooth.
    Scrape down sides.
    Add sweet potato and blend again.
    Pour the blender mixture into the remaining flour in a big bowl.
    Stir until well mixed to make nice soft dough.
