Meat Loaf Bracciole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and reserve liquid
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
Preparation
    Add enough water to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 cup.
    In bowl, combine beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, egg, mushroom liquid, garlic powder and salt.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
