Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 large onions
    1 green pepper, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute the onions and green pepper in the salad oil until they are tender.
    Add the ground beef.
    Cook until the beef is brown. Stir in the tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
