Overnight Meringues - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. orange flavoring (optional)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cholet drops
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 c. pecans
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Very gradually, add sugar and beat until guile stiff.
Fold in flavorings by hand, then stir in nuts and drops.
Place plain white or brown paper on cookie sheet and drop meringues by teaspoon.
No need for much spreading. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place meringues in oven and immediately turn heat off.
Allow to remain in oven overnight or all day.
Don't open that oven door!!!
