Potatoes With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage)
4 Tbsp. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut potatoes into thin slices but don't cut all the way through.
Put potatoes on a baking dish; sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly brown and cheese is melted.
