Marinade For Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. chives
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients to boiling point and cool thoroughly. Prick large pieces of meat with fork or cut into cubes for shish kabob.
    Pour mixture over meat and marinate at least 4 hours. Charcoal broil.
