Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    onion juice or chopped onions
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    beef consomme
    2 beaten eggs
    sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook rice in water.
    Add salt, vinegar and onion.
    Combine broccoli, beef consomme and eggs with rice mixture.
    Put in baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
