Oven-Fried Chicken (Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small chicken breasts or 8 small legs or thighs
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder
4 tsp. skim milk
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken.
Combine crushed corn flakes, paprika, and powders.
Roll chicken in milk.
Roll chicken in form flake mixture.
Place chicken in small nonstick baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
