Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick melted butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers; add pecans and butter.
    Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Save 1/2 cup for topping.
    Mix ice cream, pudding and milk in mixer just until lumps are out.
    Pour on top of cracker mix.
    Chill for 1/2 hour.
    Spread Cool Whip on this mixture and sprinkle rest of cracker mix on top.
