Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef, cut into cubes
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 Tbsp. catsup
3 Tbsp. flour
2 medium onions, chopped
1 1/3 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles
Preparation

Brown meat on all sides; add onion.
Combine the mustard, brown sugar, salt and paprika.
Combine Worcestershire sauce, catsup and vinegar; add to mustard mixture.
Add to the meat and add 1 cup of water.
Stir and cover.
Cook over low heat until meat is very tender (1 to 2 hours).
Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup water.
Add to meat mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Serve meat mixture over cooked noodles.
You may need to add more water as it cooks.
Serves 4.
