Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 stick butter
    1/2 c. sweet milk or orange juice or pineapple juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 stick butter (not melted)
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients, beating well.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and cut with pastry blender.
    Put on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
