Hot Sausages And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -2 lb. hot Italian sausages
    2 large green peppers, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut hot Italian sausage into bite-size pieces and brown in skillet.
    Drain fat and add in onions, green peppers, and tomato paste and 3 cans of water.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    You may need to add more water.
    Cook egg noodles, drain and add butter while noodles are hot so that the butter melts.
    Serve sausages over noodles.
