Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. cooled, mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. softened margarine
3 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Bake or boil potatoes.
Peel, cool and mash potatoes.
Mix all ingredients; work in the flour.
Roll out and cut or pat out biscuits to desired size.
Place on greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
