Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small jar pimento pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion
1/4 stick margarine
9 oz. shell macaroni
Ritz crackers

Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Cook macaroni as instructed on package. In large container, mix cheese, pimento, mushroom soup, milk, mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Mix with mixer. Add sauteed onions and cooked macaroni. Stir with spoon until all ingredients are mixed well. Pour into large casserole dish. Top with Ritz cracker topping and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
