Escalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads shredded cabbage
    2 qt. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in boiling water with salt and sugar 4 minutes. Drain well.
    Make sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Put cabbage in casserole.
    Pour sauce over cabbage.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
