Low-Fat Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cooked black beans
2 diced tomatoes
1 medium diced onion
1/2 head chopped lettuce
1 bag Alpine Lace Cheddar cheese
1 carton no-fat sour cream
1 jar Pace picante sauce
1 bag Guiltless Gourmet corn chips
Preparation

Mash black beans and spread in oblong pan.
Pour over picante sauce.
Layer first lettuce, onion, tomatoes then spread over sour cream.
Sprinkle with cheese, chill or eat while beans are warm. Serve with corn chips.
This recipe actually has no fat in it, depending on the chip you serve with it.
