Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. kraut, drained
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. Thousand Island
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place kraut over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Pour dressing over chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
