Pasta E Fagioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans cannellini beans with liquid
    2 c. uncooked macaroni
    1 c. tomato sauce
    6 to 8 links sweet sausage, cut into small pieces
    3 pinches black pepper
    3/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 bay leaves
    4 c. water
    3 pinches red pepper flakes
Preparation
    In frypan with small amount of water, one teaspoon olive oil and garlic, fry the sausage.
    Transfer to large pot.
    Add remaining oil, sauce, pepper, salt and bay leaves.
    Simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add 4 cups of water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add macaroni, stirring slowly.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add beans with liquid and reduce to simmer.
    Remove and discard bay leaves.
    If not loose enough, add more water.
