Creamy Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can Bush's best kale
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain off most of the liquid from the kale.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Heat slowly until very hot. Drain again.
    While greens are warming, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice together. Fold this sauce into well drained greens.
    Heat a minute longer.
    Serve at once. Serves 3.
