Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken
1 (6 1/2 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped or grated
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil chicken in seasoned water.
Debone and chop.
Cook rice in chicken broth with slightly less liquid than called for in package directions.
Mix chicken and cooked rice with remaining ingredients.
Place in large casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 12 to 16.
