White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
touch of sherry
Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation

Melt butter to bubbling; add flour.
Whip until smooth.
Add milk, cooking and stirring until it thickens.
Add touch of sherry.
Using wire whip, add Swiss cheese and whisk until melted.
