Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
    Let cream cheese set out until soft.
    Beat with fork or mixer until smooth.
    Slowly add drained crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onions and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour half of remaining pecans on piece of wax paper.
    Roll and press half the mixture in shape of a ball.
    Repeat with other half of pecans and mixture. Makes 2 balls.
    May freeze.
