Clam Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Ritz crackers
    1 small onion
    1 can minced clams plus juice
    1/8 to 1/4 lb. butter
    juice of 1 lemon or 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. dill weed or Beau Monde (my preference)
    2 tsp. minced onion or 1 tsp. dried onion
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    small loaf of pumpernickel bread (round)
Preparation
    Mix dip ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Hollow out the bread to contain the dip.
    Cut bread into bite-sized pieces and place on plate around bread.
    Just before serving, pour dip into bread cavity.
    Dunk and enjoy.
