Chicken And Vegetables(Diabetic - Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    9 oz. chicken broth (fat-free)
    4 oz. mushrooms, diced
    3 stems celery, chopped
    1 tsp. dry onions (or 1/4 c. fresh chopped)
    1 medium carrot, diced
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. flour (or cornstarch)
    8 slices low calorie bread
Preparation
    Mix chicken, broth, mushrooms, celery, onions and carrot. Stir together water and flour or cornstarch.
    Mix vegetables and flour.
    Mix together and cook gently until mixture thickens.
    Add cubed chicken.
    Keep warm.
