Creme Dinucci - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    crushed peanuts
    1 box Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    2 lb. 10x sugar
    3 Tbsp. cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 block cream cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 lb. soft butter
Preparation
    Mix the last 4 ingredients; then sift in 10x sugar.
    Mix and form into a ball.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place in refrigerator.
    (If mixture gets too soft to work with, refrigerate for 20 minutes.)
    Remove balls from refrigerator and coat in melted chocolate; then roll in crushed peanuts.
