Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 1/2 c. suet, ground up
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Boil potatoes; mash when cooked.
While potatoes are hot, add suet, sugar, salt, raisins and flour (in that order).
Roll out thin on floured surface.
