Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 squash (5 to 7 inches long, 1/ 1/2 inches in diameter)
grated Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper and butter to taste
Preparation

Scrub small tender squash and split lengthwise.
Arrange in baking dish and season each with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
Cover generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 to 35 minutes.
All will be edible including the skin.
