Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash, cooked
    2 medium carrots, shredded coarse
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (mushroom, if preferred)
    1 small jar pimientos, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except margarine and stuffing.
    Melt margarine and pour over stuffing.
    Mix well, then line baking dish with 1/2 stuffing.
    Pour ingredients over this.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
