Peanut Butter Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. corn syrup (Karo pancake syrup)
1 lb. peanut butter (2 c.)
2 Tbsp. butter
12 oz. box corn flakes

Preparation

Mix sugar and syrup and bring to boil.
When boiling, turn off heat.
Stir in peanut butter and butter.
Pour over corn flakes. Mix well.
Press on cookie sheet and cool slightly and cut.
