Cheese-Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. manicotti
1 lb. low-fat cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded part-skim Mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook manicotti for 10 minutes; drain.
Cool in a single layer on waxed paper.
Combine all remaining ingredients, except sauce. Spoon into manicotti.
Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Arrange filled manicotti in single layer over sauce.
Cover with remaining sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Serves 7.
