Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/3 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Using either our sugar-free lemon pie or strawberry/raspberry pie filling, which are fat-free, also make a fat-free crust. First prepare the filling per either recipe, and at once wipe inside of a 9 or 10-inch pie pan or Pyrex pie plate with a few tablespoons hot filling.
    Then quickly dust in finely crushed corn flakes, shaking out excess crumbs.
    Refrigerate pie pan or plate about 10 minutes and then pour in completely cooled filling. Allow pie to stand until filling begins to thicken.
    Transfer pie carefully to refrigerator.
    Serve when quite firm, according to the recipes for either pie mentioned.
