Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. precooked potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    several slices Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Chop onion and slightly brown in margarine.
    Slice potatoes in baking dish.
    Pour onion and margarine mixture over potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and heat in oven until completely warmed and cheese is melted.
