Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and eggs. Add dry ingredients.
Mix well. Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
