Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. chopped frozen or fresh cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream.
    Mix with dry ingredients just until flour is mixed in.
    Fold in cranberries and pecans.
    Pour in greased muffin pan.
    Before baking, sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, mixed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
