Maque Choux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 corn-on-the-cobs (fresh)
    3 medium tomatoes (fresh)
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
Preparation
    Cut kernels of corn down cobs and cut off cobs.
    Scrape milk off cobs also.
    Chop tomatoes, onion and bell pepper; salt and pepper.
    Spray large skillet with Pam.
    Add ingredients.
    Cook on medium fire with cover.
    Stir every so often.
    Serves 8.
