Lou'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. salad dressing
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. cooked diced chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. cooked peas
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing, curry powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Add rice, chicken, celery, onions and peas; mix well. Chill for 2 hours minimum.
    Makes 6 servings.
