Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups zucchini, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 carrots, shredded
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    1 box stove top dressing mix
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, onion, and carrots, set aside.
    Mix together mushroom soup and sour cream, set aside.
    Mix together dressing mix and margarine.
    Put a thin layer of dressing on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
    Layer vegetables and sauce.
    Top with the remaining dressing.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
