Harwood'S Enchilada Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 large onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 (28 oz.) can green chilies
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    3 qt. chicken stock
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 grilled chicken breasts, diced
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic.
    Add all ingredients, except cheese. Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add cheese and simmer another 30 minutes.
